The service covers parishes in south Norfolk and north Suffolk and is aimed at those who do not have easy access to personal transport and is open to all ages. The core service is “Dial-A-Ride” which is pre-booked up to a week before travel, collects and delivers you to your home or local parish pickup point and runs on Mondays to Fridays. Bus passes are accepted after 9.30am.

Borderhoppa operates a fleet of 9 minibuses, most equipped with tail lifts and fully accessible. Our drivers are specially trained to help with mobility issues and provide a helpful and interesting journey. We will do all we can to meet your travel requirements, be it to get to a medical appointment, do your shopping, banking or just meeting friends or family.

We also arrange regular outings throughout the year to popular destinations including garden centres, seaside resorts, boat trips and for lunches. Our buses are available to any local non profit organisations, clubs or societies for private hire at very reasonable rates. This can be with a driver or on a self-drive basis. Prices are available on request. Please note that concessionary bus passes do not apply to Bordahoppa.
