How you can help support Harleston Information Plus
Harleston Information Plus Charity relies on the generous support of people like you to continue providing essential services to the community. We need to raise around £100,000 each year to keep our doors open, and every donation, volunteer, or word of support makes a real difference. Here’s how you can help:
Donate
Your donation goes directly toward supporting our work. £300 covers one full Jobs Club session, £730 enables us to provide a whole year of companionship and support through our Befriending Service, £9 a day ensures we can heat the building, power essential equipment, and stay open for those who need us. Collection boxes are available at the Information Centre and across the town, including Bullock Fair Charity Shop and Book Shop, Robinsons Traditional Stationers, Londis, Handsomes of Harleston, Norman’s Fish Bar, All Sorts and Party Tings. For larger or recurring donations, please use the link below. Every penny truly helps.
Volunteer
Make a meaningful impact in your community by volunteering. Whether you have a few hours to give each week or can help occasionally, we have a range of rewarding roles available. Visit our volunteering page to find out more.
Spread the word
If you don’t have time to volunteer, you can still help by sharing information about our services with friends, neighbours, or anyone who might benefit. Word of mouth is powerful and helps us reach those who need support most.
Fundraise
Fancy hosting a coffee morning, quiz night, or charity event? We’d love to hear your fundraising ideas, every event brings us closer to our goal.
Corporate support
We welcome partnerships with local businesses, whether through donations, pro bono services, or workplace fundraising initiatives like “charity of the month.”
Legacy giving
You can leave a lasting legacy by remembering Harleston Information Plus in your will or making a donation in memory of a loved one.
Together, we can continue making a positive difference in people’s lives across our community. Thank you for your support.
