Staff

Harleston Information Plus currently has three part-time members of staff who support the management board and volunteers to provide HIP services.

Centre Manager: Lucy Marjoram

Lucy has been with HIP since 2010, initially as Jobs Club Co-ordinator. Lucy has developed the Jobs Club into a successful and thriving club offering a wide range of support services to jobseekers. In 2021, Lucy introduced the Befriending Service with the aim to reduce social isolation within our community, and in 2022 moved into the role of Centre Manager to further develop HIP services.

 

Centre Administrator: Sally Davies

Sally joined HIP in 2018 having spent her career working within HR and office management. Sally deals with office administration and finance, ensuring the smooth administrative running of HIP.

 

 

Befriending Coordinator: Jayne Rowley-Evans

Jayne joined HIP in 2025 to support the running of our Befriending Service.  Jayne has successfully set up a Befriending Service for a Suffolk Charity aimed at reducing loneliness and promoting social connection.  She has a strong background in volunteer coordination, safeguarding, public outreach and project delivery across various roles within health, finance and community support services.

 

Jobs Club Coordinator: Polly Church 

Polly joined HIP in 2026 and is responsible for coordinating and delivering our employment support services for jobseekers in the local community.  She brings a wealth of experience from the education sector, enabling her to provide tailored guidance, practical skills development, and confidence-building support to help jobseekers overcome barriers, enhance their employability, and take positive steps towards sustainable employment or further learning.
