We offer cycling to any adult with a disability, on quiet country roads in South Norfolk.

From our bases at Earsham and Topcroft we aim to help adults, with any disability, enjoy cycling in the safety of a group, alongside trained & experienced cyclists, who provide one-to-one supervision.

We have a range of bikes, including trikes, tandem trikes, trike tagalongs, rear steer tandems, side-by-side tandem, tandem trike wheelchair transporter, tandem trike wheelchair and handcycle. We are confident that following an assessment of your needs, we have bikes that will get most people out cycling.

We run all year round, currently Mondays and Fridays are available, with rides at 10:30, 11:30 and 12:30, unless the weather is especially inclement. All our group rides are available for booking online and cover about 3.5 miles along quiet country roads.
