Created with care, AURA is a calm and welcoming space where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. We believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing – blending movement, rest and meaningful connection. Whether you’re looking to build strength, find stillness or simply need to carve out some time for yourself, you’ll find a warm, welcoming environment designed to help you feel grounded and restored.

Classes are led by me, @lauraskeltonyoga and thoughtfully designed to nurture both body and mind.
