Mental Health Drop-in Clinic

Need someone to talk to?  Norfolk & Waveney Talking Therapies will be holding a Drop-in Clinic at Harleston Information Plus on Friday 5th June, 1pm–4pm.  If you’re aged 16 or over and would like to access mental health support, you can pop in for a friendly chat — no appointment needed.  Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, or just need some guidance, support is available.
