Norfolk and Waveney Talking Therapies will be at Harleston Information Plus on Thursday 5th November from 1pm to 4pm offering wellbeing support.
If you’re aged 16 or over and would like to learn more about the support available for anxiety, low mood, stress, or other common wellbeing concerns, come along and speak with the team in a welcoming and supportive environment.
