Initially formed to help those who fought in the Great War and their dependants and grew significantly after the second world and has been growing ever since. The R.B.L. help those people obtain benefits and pensions they are entitled to but often refused, provide grants for those in need to purchase bare necessities such as maybe a washing machine or clothing.

Help is available for ex-service disabled men and women to obtain employment or maybe to set up their business, the list of help available is endless.

Harleston Branch meet second Friday in each month at the Harleston Fire Station at 7.30pm.
